Worldwide Direct Sales Exchange

Definition
The Worldwide Direct Sales Exchange, (WWDSE) is a part of the Worldwide Internet Access System for home based businesses to get listings and links that will appear on eight Continental Master Sites. The Worldwide Direct Sales Exchange allows independent traders and distributors to connect directly to manufacturers and other producers of goods and services. All listings are pre-screened by the National Association of Home Based Businesses' Clearinghouse Division which has the sole option to approve or disapprove listings and links.

Management
The WWDSE is a privately-operated "open site" marketplace that serves as a clearinghouse for manufacturers, distributors and independent traders, with marketable products and services. The exchange is under the supervision of Certified International Traders, (CITs) from Andecker International. Andecker International is an Export/Import Management Company with an agency attached, for CITs. Andecker only trades with CITs and Foreign Trading Partners who have been certified. They also maintain listings, advertising, matching services, billing and collections, and they monitor trading activities on the WWDSE. Both Site and Section managers are authorized to use the Information Superhighway to enhance international trade in both foreign and domestic markets.

They are Certified International Traders who have the authorization to use the International Traders Network, (ITN) and its affiliate organizations. They assist clients such as; manufacturers and match them with independent traders and distributors. Products handled by CITs must have an exclusive right agreement from the manufacturers.

Programs and Services

Matching Service
Matching Service is a private program and is contracted on a case by case basis. There is a minimum charge for this service and all charges are agreed upon in advance. The matching program can match import/export products and services with consumer - direct sales agents. This direct marketing system allows products and services to be distributed through an innovative method of trading that otherwise would not be available. This consumer direct marketing system allows one-on-one marketing between companies and individuals in countries which practice free enterprise.

Advertisement
Listings consist of "yellow page style" advertising and promotions. Independent web page designs are developed using digital technology including visual products, photos, video, multimedia and brochures. Outside links are connected under existing guidelines of the USA Home Based Business Information Superhighway.
